Return & Refund policy
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However a product is not eligible for return or exchange if damages have been reported after delivery has been completed and inspected. If a purchased product has to be exchanged, the cost of returning the original product is to be borne by the customer.
Non-returnable items:
We do not accept returns if the customer feels that the dimensions of the product do not fit within their space. Return requests must be made on the same day the order is delivered. Change of mind is not considered reason for refund
Exchanges
Artisans Furnitures does not offer any exchanges on items. Please contact customer support for further information.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the claim was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be contacted by customer support and a way forward will be formulated.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made before order is shipped
